Welcome! My name is Sarah

I am a BACP registered, integrative therapist working in Barbican / Old Street, north-west London (NW2,NW6) and online.

As an integrative therapist I am guided by the needs and concerns brought by the person looking for support. I offer counselling based on psychodynamic and humanistic principles, whilst also drawing on CBT.

This approach has helped people with anxiety & depression, addictions, trauma, loss, existential crises, issues around sexuality, work, relationships and more.

As you are here, you may be wondering how we would work together. Whilst everyone brings their unique life experiences and ways of dealing with these, I commit to offering the following to every client:

  • A safe, confidential space where you can clarify, explore and manage issues, which may have been hard to deal with on your own.

  • Open-hearted, compassionate and unconditional acceptance.

  • Consistent support which is based around helping you to fulfill your potential.

  • An authentic relationship with you, as we work together to empower you to reach your goals.

Credentials

I work as a therapist in private practice and the charity sector.

am a professionally qualified, registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (person-centred and psychodynamic).
