I am a BACP registered, integrative therapist working in Barbican / Old Street, north-west London (NW2,NW6) and online.
As an integrative therapist I am guided by the needs and concerns brought by the person looking for support. I offer counselling based on psychodynamic and humanistic principles, whilst also drawing on CBT.

This approach has helped people with anxiety & depression, addictions, trauma, loss, existential crises, issues around sexuality, work, relationships and more.

I work as a therapist in private practice and the charity sector.
I am a professionally qualified, registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (person-centred and psychodynamic).

I also receive regular supervision, which ensures I am held to the highest professional and ethical standards.
